Pace Coach - Blue

If you are interested in finishing a marathon somewhere between 3:30 to 3:45, then this could be the group for you. When we get to the longer runs (15 to 21 miles), then we slow the pace down a bit.

I have been running with San Jose Fit for seven years, but I started long distance running when I was 10 years old, running 50 laps around a 400 meter track in England.  I started in the yellow 9:30 minute/mile pace group, not really intending on running a marathon, but just losing some weight. Since then I have run 12 marathons, and have many good friends to run with.
